Order Acceptance Policy
All orders and subscription requests received are subject to acceptance by ALOCHA SOLUTION (legal entity for Alocha Kombucha), and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order with reasonable reasons. In the event of rejection, we will offer refund or replacement.
We treats customer privacy as important and respects and guards customers' rights. We only collect information from you to ensure your orders are placed successfully on this website. Appropriate measures are in place to keep your personal information confidential and we do not share or pass on information except where it may be necessary to do so to ensure your order can be fulfilled. We guarantee that our customer database will not be sold or marketed for any reason whatsoever to third parties.
Delivery & Self-Collection Policy
- We will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customers, we cannot be held responsible if a delivery is late due to unavailability of the delivery service that we use or anything else outside of Alocha's control.
- We provide self collection, on-demand same day deliveries and scheduled delivery. Further details on delivery rates please refer to Delivery Policy.
- The latest time for self-collection will be 6:30PM on your selected date
- In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us on Facebook/Instagram - @alocha.kombucha for at least 1 days before the scheduled date.
- We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method with prior notification.
- We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to cancel your order if it becomes apparent to us that the courier service in your area is too unreliable. We value our customers and our ability to deliver, so where we can't, we won't risk disappointing you.
We packed carefully to ensure they arrive same as when they left us. However, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please contact us on Facebook/Instagram - @alocha.kombucha or email us (email@example.com) immediately so that we can arrange a replacement at our next available delivery date. Please note that you will need to send us a photo of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a replacement.
We do everything we can to ensure our kombucha are delivered. If for any reason we made a mistake and deliveries don't turn up, (i.e. if your kombucha have not arrived within 3 days of their intended delivery date), please contact us on Facebook/Instagram - @alocha.kombucha
Please understand that due to the nature of kombucha, we are unable to accept returns. We offer customers replacement of goods if is not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above.
Changes to Your Order
If you wish to change your order, in terms of name, contact details or delivery address, please contact us on Facebook/Instagram - @alocha.kombucha. We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, however, changing of flavours shall depends on availability of stocks.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us on Facebook/Instagram - @alocha.kombucha by at least 1 day before your delivery date.
We accept bank transfer only.
